If out-of-hospital emergency is legalized and recognized as a form of medical care, every citizen's chance of being saved in the event of an incident is also much higher. It is hoped that the Good Samaritan laws will be prescribed in Law on Medical Examination and Treatment (amended) to offer legal protection to people who give reasonable assistance to the injured person.
