SAFI- THE JOURNEY OF ASPIRATION
Our journey began 12 years ago, with the aspiration of a doctor for an universal training program on first aid to community members, as she witnessed many deaths caused by traffic accidents but by-standers were too scare to do something and passed by. She also witnessed drowned persons who were taken out of water but by-standers did not know how to give proper first aid. There are also cases that children choked to death in front of parents and others without any provision of first aid.
But life took her in another way until she saw a young Canadian participating in a wedding party at a restaurant in Vancouver successfully rescued an old choking woman. The way that this young Canadian confidently handled the emergency inspired her so much. In 2019, after attending a medical conference in Australia and a BLS course of the American Heart Association (AHA), she found the way to set up the training program.
One year later in 2020, her dream finally became true. We, the other founders and doctors inspired by her passion, decided to go a long way with her. We strongly believe that we are in a team full of enthusiasm for training first aid for the community. We are lighting the first sparks, spreading the spirit of life saving education and the latest international guidlines on first aid knowledge to as many people as possible, to make our wish come true: the one beside can save the other beside.
Our training center was named SAFI, comprising the abbreviations of “Safety First” in our slogan “Safety First and Always”. What does SAFI mean? For us, SAFI means safety anytime and anywhere for every community member. SAFI has similar pronunciation to sapphire, a precious stone which has a perfect beauty, has been seen as a symbol of integrity and efficiency. This also shows SAFI’s dedication towards a high quality of training.
We deeply hope that first aid training will be soon universalized in schools, cities, villages, remote areas... so that more lives will be saved by those who learn first aid.
ABOUT SAFI
SAFI Services Joint Stock Company_Safety First And Always, establised in 2020, focuses on health education and safety training, and provision of medical equipment for personal and family health care. SAFI's goal is to universalize knowledge and skills on first aid, health care and personal safety for community members to protect their own health and lives and those around them.
SAFI is eligible for training on occupational safety and health (Certificate No.1/2021/GCN issued by DOLISA) as per regulations by Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

PROGRAMS AND TRAINING EQUIPMENTS
- Training program following standards and techniques of international organizations such as the American Heart Association.
- 100% of training devices and manikins from Zoll (US) and Prestan (US) with audio-visual corrective and real-time feedback on trainees actions so they can improve their CPR skill such as chest compression rate, depth, and recoil.
- Tailored training programs based on customers needs and requirements.
